I know I haven't posted in quite a while -- damn writers block or, more to the point I just couldn't think of anything to write about. As a result, I've been teaching myself how to make my own web templates and some programming.
Which brought me an epiphany: I installed Evernote on my Firefox toolbar, yet I rarely put it to any use. So, while reading forum posts and other sites about different scripting/programming/Ubuntu sites on installing Ruby, NetBeans, yada, yada, yada it struck me: Why not use Evernote to save these pages, since my bookmarks are overcrowded and I'll be revisiting them frequently, anyway!
It's a marvel, really -- we have all these tools at our disposal and, if you're like me, we grab a lot of them and only use a few (and, sadly, I'm also guilty of not clearing out the ones I don't use). Reminds me of a video I started to watch on TED about having all this stuff to make our lives easier, but that's a post in itself (which I'll try and get done within the next few days).
